The Position

LADACIN is seeking a Part-Time Child Care Group Leader to support young children in a structured childcare setting. This position is responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities, creating a safe and engaging classroom environment, and supporting each child's individual developmental needs.

The Group Leader will oversee daily classroom activities, provide guidance and supervision to classroom assistants, and collaborate with families and staff to promote children's growth and development. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, maintaining classroom records, ensuring compliance with licensing standards, and supporting a positive learning environment.

Qualified candidates must possess a high school diploma (CDA or teaching certification preferred) and experience working with young children. Experience working with children with special needs is preferred.

Schedule: Part-Time

Pay Range: $16.50/hour - $18/hour

The Location

LADACIN serves Monmouth and Ocean counties with programs located in welcoming, community-based settings. This position is in Monmouth County.
