·         Brief Job Description: Archbishop Damiano School (ADS) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Daily Living Skills (DLS) Teacher to join our team. The DLS Teacher provides instruction to students with developmental disabilities in a supportive educational setting. This position promotes student independence and functional life skills essential for daily living. The teacher will work collaboratively with related service providers, the Job Coach, and school staff to deliver individualized instruction aligned with students' IEP goals.

·         Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field required. NJDOE Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TOSD) or Teacher of the Handicapped (TOH) certification preferred. Experience working with students ages 3–21 with developmental disabilities. Knowledge of functional curriculum and life skills instruction. Must complete and pass the NJ Department of Education background check process.
